本文推导了一套完整的砼重力坝自重荷载计算式，提高了工程设计成果的精度及质量，可推广应用于碾压砼坝和浆砌石坝等实体重力坝。
In this paper, a complete formula for calculating the self-weight load of concrete gravity dam is deduced, which improves the accuracy and quality of engineering design results, and can be widely applied to solid gravity dam such as roller compacted concrete dam and masonry dam.
