After the amended “Partnership Enterprise Law” was put into practice, the limited partnership for foreign investment actually did not make any breakthroughs on June 1, 2007. The amended “Partnership Enterprise Law” came into force and the limited partnership for foreign investment was obtained in China Legal basis for the establishment.
