健康教育是初级卫生保健工作的主要内容之 一,是一项低投入、高产出的卫生保健治本措施。近几年来,各级政府对农村健康教育事业非常重视,县级建立了专门的健康教育机构,配备了专职人员,给全面实施农村健康教育工作奠定了基础,并提供了组织保证。 近几年,我们采取多种方式筹集健康教育资金,促进了我县健康教育工作的全面开展。现就筹措健康教育经费的基本思路阐述如下:
Health education is one of the main contents of primary health care work and it is a low-input and high-output health-care permanent cure measure. In recent years, governments at all levels have attached great importance to rural health education. At the county level, special health education institutions have been set up and staffed with full-time staff, which laid the foundation for the full implementation of rural health education and provided organizational guarantees. In recent years, we have adopted a variety of ways to raise funds for health education and promote the comprehensive development of health education in our county. The basic ideas for raising funds for health education are described below:
