目的 为保障进驻高原地区人员的身体健康而寻求一种缺氧耐力检查方法。 方法 2 0名受试者依次进入低压舱 ,先后暴露于模拟 4 0 0 0m、5 0 0 0m、6 0 0 0m、710 0m高度 ,每一高度停留 10min。在每一高度的即刻、5min、10min分别测定受试者各项生理指标。结果 随缺氧高度升高 ,人体心率增加 ,血氧饱和度逐渐下降。 2 0名受试者中 ,3名未能通过缺氧耐力检查 ,提前终止实验 ,吸氧后即恢复正常。其余 17名受试者全部通过 4 0 0 0~ 710 0m的缺氧耐力检查 ,认知能力、意识、体征全部正常。 结论 心率和血氧饱和度的变化反映了持续性高空缺氧对人体的影响 ,综合心电监测指标能够对受试者的缺氧耐力作出客观的评价。
Objective To seek a hypoxic endurance test method to protect the health of the personnel stationed in the plateau. METHODS: Twenty subjects entered the low-pressure chamber one after the other and were exposed to simulated 4000m, 500m, 600m and 710m altitudes for 10 min at each altitude. At each level of the moment, 5min, 10min were measured in subjects with various physiological indicators. Results With the increase of hypoxia, heart rate increased, oxygen saturation gradually decreased. Of the 20 subjects, 3 failed to pass the anaerobic endurance test, the experiment was terminated prematurely and returned to normal after oxygen inhalation. The remaining 17 subjects all passed the 4000 ~ 710 0m hypoxia endurance examination, cognitive ability, consciousness, signs were all normal. Conclusions The changes of heart rate and oxygen saturation reflect the influence of persistent high altitude hypoxia on the human body. The comprehensive ECG monitoring objective can objectively evaluate the hypoxia endurance of the subjects.
