赵春梅,山东银座·英才幼儿园(集团)总经理,总园长,北京师范大学首届“教育经济与管理”在职博士班博士生,中国学前教育研究会会员,中国幼教百年学术研讨会主讲嘉宾,北京师范大学中国职业化园长培训特聘常任讲师,山东省特级教师。赵春梅从事幼教工作30年,24年园长经历,山东银座·英才幼教集团从2001年创办到现在,已拥有了10所备受家长和孩子们欢迎的高品质分园,还有3所幼儿园正在筹建中。赵春梅园长独创的方鼎式管理和十度管理理论,实践的思维发展整合课程模式以及浸透式双语教育模式在幼教界引起了不小的反响。然而,就在银座·英才稳步发展、逐渐获得各项荣誉成就之时,2007年8月8日,正值北京举办奥运会倒计时1周年庆典之日,一起校车安全事故夺走了一个5岁男孩的生命,这起事故让赵春梅园长,让所有银座·英才的教职员工陷入了一场从未有过的焦灼与惶恐。用赵春梅园长的话说,这件天大的事儿,让银座·英才从上到下、从内到外,彻底地觉醒。面对社会各界纷纷扰扰的评说,赵春梅园长抵住压力,带领银座·英才进行了全面深刻的反思和改革。时隔一年整,本刊再次走访山东银座·英才,与赵春梅园长进行了深入的交谈……
