原发性骨淋巴瘤（PBL）临床少见，其临床表现无特异性，主要影像特征为干骺端及骨端虫蚀样骨质破坏，而骨皮质破坏轻微并伴周围巨大软组织肿块。确诊主要依赖于病理组织学特点及免疫组织化学显示特异蛋白表达。放疗及化疗效果好，常规不选择手术治疗。因此，在放化疗前正确诊断很重要。本文对PBL的临床诊断、治疗及预后等进行文献综述。
