时代的进步带动图书馆管理的创新,在新时期下,图书馆实现了由藏书到用书的实质性进步。图书馆转型凸显了以人为本理念,在科学发展观的正确引导下,完善了图书馆管理体制,提升了图书馆服务质量。为落实以人为本的准则,图书馆应以读者和图书馆管理员全面发展为基础,丰富其精神世界,深度挖掘其内在潜能,促使其最大限度发挥社会价值。本文立足于以人为本理念,阐释图书馆在管理与服务中坚持以人为本原则的重要性,并深度探讨了以人为本原则在图书馆实际管理中的落实情况。
The progress of the times has led to the innovation of library management. Under the new period, the library has made substantive progress from collecting books to using books. Library transformation highlights the people-oriented concept, under the correct guidance of the scientific concept of development, improve the library management system and improve the quality of library services. In order to implement the people-oriented principle, libraries should enrich the spiritual world based on the comprehensive development of readers and librarians, dig their inherent potentials in depth, and encourage them to maximize their social values. Based on the concept of people-oriented, this paper explains the importance of the library’s adherence to the people-oriented principle in management and service, and deeply discusses the implementation of the principle of people-oriented in the actual management of the library.
