中等职业技术学校(以下简称技校)的学生已进入青春期,追求和向往美丽的体形,因此,体育锻炼对他们来说十分重要,但据在教学过程中调查,结果是大多数女生对体育锻炼缺乏兴趣,她们多数是把体育课作一门必修的功课来应付。通过学生对体育缺乏兴趣原因的分析,试图通过改善体育课的教学来提高技校女生的体育兴趣。
Secondary vocational and technical schools (hereinafter referred to as technical schools) students have entered adolescence, the pursuit and longing for beautiful body shape, therefore, physical exercise is very important to them, but according to the survey in the teaching process, the result is that most girls lack of physical exercise Interest, most of them are physical education as a compulsory homework to cope. Through the analysis of students’ lack of interest in sports, this paper tries to improve the sports interest of technical school girls by improving the teaching of physical education.
