针对板形板厚多变量复杂系统,以板形和板厚质量为主要控制目标,以弯辊力和辊缝为主要控制变量建立系统模型.基于某热连轧实际生产参数得到具体数学模型.针对建模过程中忽略掉的各种次要因素的影响及扰动和参数摄动,应用Matlab鲁棒控制工具箱对系统进行耦合分析并求解出鲁棒控制器,通过均衡处理的控制器降阶算法得到低阶鲁棒控制器.仿真结果验证所设计控制器具有良好的解耦效果、抗干扰能力和抗参数摄动能力.
