本文总结了用国际焊接学会推荐的插销法对不同的缺口形状所进行的比较试验。由于缺口形状尺寸不同,缺口效应也不同,因而对插销试验结果影响也不同。同时用改变冷却速度即在试验中改变底板的厚度,对冷裂缝和应力值产生的影响也进行了初步探讨,尽管改变了插销缺口和冷却速度,但σcrim仍较高。试验证实这种低碳钢无延迟破坏的特征。本试验采用“断裂”准则。
This article summarizes the comparative tests performed on different notches using the latching method recommended by the International Welding Society. Due to the different size of the notch, the notch effect is also different, so the impact of the plug test results are also different. At the same time, the influence of cold crack and stress value was also discussed by varying the cooling rate, ie changing the thickness of the soleplate during the test. Although the crimp gap and the cooling rate were changed, the σcrim was still high. Test confirmed the characteristics of this low-carbon steel without delay damage.
