政工的工作代表的是正个公司的核心思想。公路施工行业是一个流动性非常强、范围性庞大的一种行业,面对普遍出现的职工与职工之间所产生的矛盾该如何去化解,不仅仅要从思想上得到改变,更要从集体利益出来,必须强化员工的集体荣誉感以及团结性才能产生出更强大的凝聚力演变而来的生产力,对于整个施工过程都是具有举足轻重的意义。文章对于公路施工公司工会政工的一个工作现状以及工作性质,对于目前存在的各种问题进行深入分析探究,对于发展政治思想调整工作所需解决的问题以及途径。借此希望能对施工公司的政工工作有所帮助以及起到先例意义。
