国家自主创新示范区是指经国务院批准,在推进自主创新和高技术产业发展方面先行先试、探索经验、做出示范的区域。国家科技部明确指出,建设国家自主创新示范区,对于进一步完善科技创新的体制机制,加快发展战略性新兴产业,推进创新驱动发展,加快转变经济发展方式等方面将发挥重要的引领、辐射、带动作用。2009年,北京中关村率先被国务院批准建设首个国家自主创新示范区,继而武汉东湖、上海张江也迈入了国家示范区行列。截止目前为止,先后共有17家国家自主创新示范区获批,而这获
