目的:探讨置管引流法治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法:耳廓假性囊肿患者152例(160耳),于局部麻醉下应用20 mL空针穿刺抽液,并行同期置管引流治疗。结果:142例(150耳)一次性治愈,10例(10耳)因置入管过早脱出复发,再次行置管引流术治愈;均未遗留耳廓畸形。结论:置管引流术是耳廓假性囊肿首次治疗的良好方法。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of catheter drainage in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst. Methods: A total of 152 patients (160 ears) with auricle pseudocyst were treated with 20 mL empty needle aspiration under local anesthesia and concurrent drainage and drainage. Results: One hundred and twenty-four cases (150 ears) were cured at one time. Ten cases (10 ears) were treated with catheter drainage and drainage. CONCLUSION: Catheter drainage is a good method for the first treatment of auricular pseudocysts.
