目的测定中药制剂五味子糖浆中的苯甲酸的含量,为中药制剂五味子糖浆中的本尖酸的含量提供检测方法。方法色谱柱采用SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18柱,250mm×4.60mm,5μm;流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液-冰乙酸(28 72 0.08);检测波长为225nm。结果五味子糖浆中的苯甲酸钠的含量线性范围为0.05-0.50mg/ml(r=0.9999),最低检测限0.05ng,平均回收率为103.28%。日内RSD小于5%。结论此方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确等特点,适合于五味子糖浆中苯甲酸的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of benzoic acid in traditional Chinese medicine Schisandra syrup and to provide a method for the determination of the present acic acid in Schisandra chinensis syrup. Methods The column was SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 column, 250 mm × 4.60 mm, 5 μm. The mobile phase was methanol-0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (28 72 0.08). The detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results The linear range of sodium benzoate in Fructus Schisandrae syrup was 0.05-0.50mg / ml (r = 0.9999). The lowest detection limit was 0.05ng and the average recovery was 103.28%. RSD less than 5% days. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of benzoic acid in Schisandra chinensis syrup.
