目的探讨正常人海马氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)0.5~2.05 ppm区域特征性,为明确海马自身是否存在脂质(Lip)进行初步研究,并对0.9 ppm代谢物浓度进行定量分析。资料与方法选择9名健康志愿者,采用短TE(20 ms)激励回波采样模式(STEAM)序列对左侧海马行单体素MRS采集,感兴趣区大小约15 mm×15 mm×20 mm,并选择同侧大脑皮层作为对照研究。再采集体素周围6个方位预置饱和带,并使用LCModel软件进行处理分析。结果 9名志愿者的海马及大脑皮层MRS 0.5~2.05 ppm区域均获得稳定的优质谱线。海马MRS 1.2~1.4 ppm区域均出现恒定的双峰改变,而仅2名志愿者大脑皮层MRS出现此现象。0.9 ppm代谢物浓度,海马和大脑皮层分别为(4.11±0.88)mmol/L和(4.65±1.18)mmol/L,两者差异无统计学意义。结论海马和大脑皮层MRS 1.2~1.4 ppm区域出现隆起共振峰,可能由自身含丰富Lip所致,且在大脑皮层存在显著个体性差异。获取海马0.9 ppm代谢物浓度将有利于海马相关性疾病的研究。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of 0.5 ~ 2.05 ppm region in normal human Hippocampus hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS), and to determine whether there is lipid in the hippocampus. The concentration of 0.9 ppm metabolites was quantitatively analyzed. MATERIALS AND METHODS Nine healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. Single-MRS acquisition of the left hippocampus was performed using a short TE (20 ms) excitation echo sampling pattern (STEAM) sequence. The size of the region of interest was approximately 15 mm × 15 mm × 20 mm , And ipsilateral cerebral cortex as a control study. Re-acquisition of six azimuths around the voxel pre-saturated zone, and use LCModel software for processing and analysis. RESULTS: Nine volunteers had stable high quality spectra in the MRS range of 0.5-2.05 ppm in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex. There was a constant bimodal change in the 1.2-1.4 ppm MRS area of the hippocampus, whereas MRS in only two volunteers showed this phenomenon. 0.9 ppm metabolites, hippocampus and cerebral cortex were (4.11 ± 0.88) mmol / L and (4.65 ± 1.18) mmol / L, respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions The uplift formant of 1.2 ~ 1.4 ppm MRS in hippocampus and cerebral cortex may be caused by its own abundance of Lip, and there are significant individual differences in the cerebral cortex. Obtaining a 0.9 ppm metabolite concentration in the hippocampus will be beneficial for the study of hippocampal-related diseases.
