还有个吃的原则,吃东西要掌握量,不是越多越好。国际上有规定的,要吃7成饱,一辈子不得胃病,吃8成饱最多了,若吃10成饱,那2成没有用,是废物。所以国际上建议人家0.618黄金分割:副食6主食4;粗粮6细粮4;植物6动物4。现在人类吃的动物太多,而且粗细粮不平衡。我的一个病人吃了6个人的包子,20岁得了胃扩张,诊断结果一是等死,二是胃切除。结果切除了大半个胃。老年人特别要只吃7成饱。
