眼部纤维组织细胞瘤(11例临床病理分析)

近年来,纤维组织细胞瘤已成为一种较常见的眼部肿瘤,常发生于眼眶。本文报告11例,其中9例位于眼眶,2例位于眼睑。良性型7例,良性恶变1例,恶性型3例。同时复习文献,对本病的组织来源、病理分型、临床表现、治疗与预后进行讨论。我们认为:包块呈软性、浸润性生长与好侵犯眼外肌引起复视这三个临床特征有助于协助诊断;放疗与化疗可成为术后一项有效的辅助治疗手段。

In recent years, fibrous histiocytoma has become a more common eye tumor, often occurs in the orbit. This article reports 11 cases, of which 9 cases located in the orbit, 2 cases located in the eyelid. Seven cases were benign, one was benign and one was malignant. At the same time review the literature on the source of this disease, pathological type, clinical manifestations, treatment and prognosis were discussed. In our opinion, the three clinical features of soft mass, infiltrative growth and good infringement of extraocular muscle caused diplopia are helpful for diagnosis. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be an effective adjuvant therapy after operation.
