采用组织分离法,从健康的雪松松针中分离纯化得到11株内生真菌。通过平板对峙和抑菌圈法将11株内生真菌分别对10株供试病原菌进行抑菌活性试验,结果显示内生真菌至少对1株供试病原菌存在抑菌活性。内生真菌发酵液抑菌试验结果显示N03菌株对苹果腐烂菌(Cytospora mandshurica)抑制率达到80.56%,N06菌株对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)抑制率达到80.74%。N03菌株不同天数的发酵液抑菌活性研究表明,发酵液的抑菌活性与内生真菌的生物量相关。
Eleven endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from healthy cedar pine needles by tissue separation method. The antibacterial activities of 11 strains of endophytic fungi on 10 tested pathogens were tested respectively by plate confrontation and inhibition zone method. The results showed that there was antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi to at least 1 pathogen. The results of antibacterial test showed that the inhibitory rate of N03 to Cytospora mandshurica was 80.56%, and that of N06 to Phytophthora capsici was 80.74%. The antibacterial activity of fermented liquid of N03 strain at different days showed that the antibacterial activity of the fermented liquid was related to the biomass of endophytic fungi.
