目的探讨经阴道三维成像技术诊断子宫发育异常的临床价值。方法选取2010年1月-2016年5月在我院经临床确诊为子宫发育异常的207例患者作为研究对象,包括纵隔子宫108例(不完全型95例、完全型13例),双子宫29例,弓形子宫25例,双角子宫16例,残角子宫10例,单角子宫9例,幼稚子宫6例,始基子宫4例。所有研究对象均接受经阴道二维成像技术、经阴道三维成像技术检测,现分析两种方法诊断子宫发育异常的效果。结果 (1)经阴道三维成像技术诊断不完全型纵隔子宫的准确率显著高于经阴道二维成像技术(P<0.05),两种方法诊断完全型纵隔子宫、双子宫、弓形子宫、双角子宫、残角子宫、单角子宫、幼稚子宫、始基子宫的准确率相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)不同类型的子宫发育异常,其经阴道三维超声显像结果均有显著区别,各有其相应的特征。结论经阴道三维成像技术诊断是临床诊断子宫发育异常的理想手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal three-dimensional imaging in diagnosis of uterine dysplasia. Methods A total of 207 patients with clinically diagnosed uterine dysplasia in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study, including 108 cases of mediastinum uterus (95 cases of incomplete type, 13 cases of complete type), 29 cases of double uterus For example, 25 cases of arched uterus, 16 cases of double angle uterus, 10 cases of residual angle uterus, 9 cases of single angle uterus, 6 cases of naive uterus, 4 cases of primordial uterus. All subjects underwent transvaginal two-dimensional imaging technology, transvaginal three-dimensional imaging detection, analysis of two methods to diagnose the effect of uterine dysplasia. Results (1) The accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional imaging in the diagnosis of incomplete uterine segment was significantly higher than that of transvaginal two-dimensional imaging (P <0.05). Two methods of diagnosis of complete uterus, double uterus, arched uterus, There was no significant difference in the accuracy of uterus, rudimentary horns, unicorns, naive uterus and primordial uterus (P> 0.05). (2) Different types of uterine dysplasia, the transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging results were significantly different, each with its corresponding characteristics. Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional imaging diagnosis is an ideal method for clinical diagnosis of uterine dysplasia.
