李××女14岁2年前偶然发现右眼球上方有1肿物,稍有异物感,不红不痛,从未诊治。近日来因异物感加重,于1986年4月22日来院初诊。否认外伤史及其它任何眼病史。家族中无类似患者。全身检查未见异常。右眼视力1.2,左眼1.2。眼睑、泪器均未见异常。右眼角膜缘颞上方8mm处结膜下有1直径约8mm,隆起约5mm的灰白色硬性肿物,表面及其周围无充血,触之坚硬,不能活动,无压痛。肿物和球结膜不粘连,其基底固定于巩膜上。散瞳查眼底未见异常。肿物部穿刺有抵抗。临床诊断:右眼巩膜肿物。于1986年
