目的:探讨Ezrin蛋白在宫颈CINIII级患者中的表达及临床价值。方法:调研对象为57例宫颈CINIII级患者为实验组;同时参考70例正常人群为对照组(2015年3月-2017年3月),采用ELISA法检测CINIII级的宫颈组织和正常宫颈组织的Ezrin蛋白表达水平,分析CINIII级与Ezrin蛋白之间的相关性。结果:全部CINIII级宫颈组织和正常宫颈组织样本均被染色,即Ezrin蛋白的表达为100.00%,实验组的宫颈组织中的Ezrin蛋白表达以“+++”为主(88.99%);正常宫颈组织中的Ezrin蛋白表达以“+”为主(61.00%)。两组间蛋白的表达存在差异,P<0.05有统计学差异。结论:Ezrin蛋白的表达水平在CINIII级的宫颈组织中最高,通过检测Ezrin蛋白表达水平有效的协助医师筛查癌变组织。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical value of Ezrin protein in cervical CINIII patients. Methods: Totally 57 cases of cervical CINIII patients were selected as experimental group; 70 normal controls were used as control group (March 2015-March 2017), CINIII level cervical tissues and normal cervical tissues were detected by ELISA Ezrin protein expression levels, analysis of CINIII level and Ezrin protein between the correlation. Results: The expression of Ezrin protein was 100.00% in all CINIII cervical tissues and normal cervical tissues. The expression of Ezrin protein in cervical tissues of experimental group was predominantly “++++” (88.99%). The expression of Ezrin protein in normal cervical tissue was mainly “+” (61.00%). There was difference between the two groups of protein expression, P <0.05 statistically significant. Conclusion: The expression level of Ezrin protein is the highest in CINIII cervical tissues. It can effectively assist physicians to screen cancerous tissues by detecting the expression of Ezrin protein.
