随着教育劳动人事制度改革的不断深化,今后国家不再以行政方式安排中专毕业生就业,而是广开人才市场,提供就业需求信息,在国家就业政策原则指导下,采取由学校推荐,学生根据社会需要和本人条件及志愿,在学校规定的范围和时间与用人单位直接见面,在学校与用人单位主管部门参与下达成录取协议的“双向选择”自主择业方法。这是我国教育劳动人事制度改革的新举措,它既适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,又能调动学生的积极性,激发学生的竞争意识;既利于促进用人单位以至全社会
