放眼看去,北京各大医院,尤其是三甲医院总是挤满了人,每个挂号窗口前都是一条长龙队,有的患者甚至在凌晨就赶往医院窗口排队等。“挂号难,看病难”成了患者心头挥之不去的阴霾。为疏解大医院挂号窗口拥挤,缓解挂号排长队现状,为患者提供更方便、快捷、有序的挂号服务,同时防止号贩子倒号,北京市属医院探索了多渠道预约挂号。当前,世纪坛医院、天坛医院、友谊医院、同仁医院(亦庄院区)、佑安医院、积水潭医院、妇产医院(东、西院区)、口腔医院、首儿所、中医医院、宣武医院、朝阳医院(东、西院区)等12家市属医院的14个院区率先试点增加了“京医通”
Looking around, the major hospitals in Beijing, especially the top three hospitals, are always full of people. Each registered window is a long queue, and some patients even rush to the hospital window in the early morning to wait in line. “Registration is difficult, difficult to see a doctor” has become a patient lingering haze. In order to ease the congestion of large hospital registration windows and ease the status quo of registered long queues, it is possible to provide patients with more convenient, efficient and orderly registration services while preventing number vendors from going upside down. Beijing Municipal Hospital has explored multi-channel appointment registration. At present, the Millennium Monument Hospital, Tiantan Hospital, Friendship Hospital, Tongren Hospital (Yizhuang Hospital), You’an Hospital, Jishuitan Hospital, Maternity Hospital (East and West Hospital), Stomatological Hospital, Shou’er Hospital, Chinese Medicine Hospital, Xuanwu Hospital, Chaoyang Hospital (East, West Hospital District) and other 12 municipal hospitals in 14 hospitals piloted an increase of “Beijing Medical Links”
