笔者三年来应用中药洋金花生物碱溶液滴眼(以下简称中麻1号)散瞳,并对其中部分病例进行观察。洋金花(又称白曼陀罗)系抗胆碱药,对肌细胞运动神经终极有一定亲合力,可以割断胆碱对终极的影响,阻止肌纤维收缩,而产生扩瞳作用。我院自制中麻1号溶液有三种浓度,即每毫升中含洋金花总生物碱1.32毫克、1.52毫克、1.82毫克,每3、5、10分钟滴眼一次,一般滴眼3次,个别患者15分钟或20分钟时再滴眼一次。观察瞳孔照明器械用国产手持裂隙灯,测量瞳孔大小用国产瞳孔计。通过
