In the new period of socialist construction, the grassroots party building in colleges and universities is facing new situations and new tasks. How to Strengthen Party Building, Develop High Quality Student Party Members and Give Full Play to Pioneers of Party Members? This paper aims to elaborate on Party building from the aspects of political and ideological building and the practice of grassroots party building in colleges and universities.
