曾是国家特级贫困县的平果,近几年县域经济突飞猛进。县财政收入自1997年突破一亿元大关后一年一个新台阶。2003年达59423万元。名列全区各县(市、区)之首。全县生产总值、全社会固定资产投资等各项经济指标均大幅度提高,县域经济综合实力明显增强,2002年入围全国西部经济百强县列第65位。2004年平果县荣登全区经济发展10佳县之首。那么,是什么让这个国家特困县成为全区经济发展10佳县之首的呢?
Once the country’s super-poor counties Pingguo, county economy in recent years by leaps and bounds. County fiscal revenue since 1997 exceeded 100 million yuan mark a year after a new level. In 2003, it reached 594.23 million yuan. Ranked first in the region counties (cities, districts). The GDP of the entire county and the investment in fixed assets of the whole society all increased substantially. The overall economic strength of the county was significantly enhanced. In 2002, it was listed in the 65th place among the top 100 western counties in the country. Pingguo County in 2004 topped the region’s economic development in the first 10 best county. So, what makes the country’s destitute counties become the top ten economic districts in the region?
