对八钢欧冶炉与宝钢COREX-3000设计指标与实际生产指标进行了对比分析,并着重对欧冶炉生产工艺控制的优化进行了总结。欧冶炉控制优化重点围绕金属化率的提升及降硅工作进行,生产指标持续改进,熔炼率已达150t/h,最高日产量突破4000t/d,燃料比降至740kg/t,焦比降至475kg/t。八钢欧冶炉69天的生产试验表明,欧冶炉具备更好的资源适应性、资源共享能力和固废处置的潜力。
The design indexes and actual production indexes of Baosteel Ouye Furnace and Baosteel COREX-3000 are comparatively analyzed, and the optimization of Ouye Furnace Process Control is summarized. The control of metallurgical furnaces focuses on the improvement of the metallization rate and the work of lowering the silicon. The production indexes have been continuously improved. The melting rate has reached 150t / h, the maximum daily output has exceeded 4000t / d, the fuel ratio has dropped to 740kg / t and the coke ratio has dropped to 475kg / t. The 69-day trial of the production of Ouyang Furnace from Baigang shows that Ouye Furnace has better potential for resource adaptability, resource sharing and solid waste disposal.
