今年6月,俄罗斯总统普京访华前夕,在圣彼得堡国际经济论坛会场的一个房间,普京在接受新华社专访时表示,中俄两国的互信达到前所未有的高度,两国应丰富双边关系合作内涵,扩大双边贸易、提高技术合作水平、加强基础设施建设合作,并在国际舞台上携手维护国际稳定,共同推动“一带一路”建设。
