疼痛性营养不良症是一种疼痛伴有自发性功能障碍及营养不良的综合征。又称反应性交感神经营养不良综合征或 Sudeck 氏萎缩症。因此症临床表现复杂,至今尚无明确的诊断标准。本文报道三例,其典型的临床表现包括患肢压痛或痛觉过敏,皮肤及其附件营养障碍,关节挛缩,肌肉消瘦,多汗及紫绀等。骨质疏松是仅有的放射学体征。骨质闪烁摄像可有同位素吸收增强,但亦有吸收正常或减少的报告。这些临床特征出现时诊断当无困难,但是体征出现较少或较轻时则会增加诊断上的困
Painful malnutrition is a syndrome of pain associated with spontaneous dysfunction and malnutrition. Reactive sympathetic dystrophy syndrome or Sudeck’s atrophy. Therefore, the complex clinical manifestations, there is no clear diagnostic criteria.
