In order to implement the Measures for the Administration of Construction Cost Consulting Enterprises (Order No. 149 of the Ministry of Construction, hereinafter referred to as the Ministerial Decree 149), Benjixin (Honghong, reporter) standardized the management of qualification certificates for construction cost consulting enterprises and the Ministry of Construction recently issued Notice, asking for Grade A project cost consulting enterprise qualification certificate for renewal.
