本文以我国城镇化发展战略及城镇化空间生产过程中出现的空间发展不平衡、空间不平等问题为背景,基于西方空间生产理论以及我国城镇化空间生产本身具有的自然、政治、经济与社会属性,将政治、资本、社会三个元素嵌入中国特色新型城镇化空间生产的时代背景与特殊内涵,试图构建资本—政府—社会“三位一体”的中国城镇化空间生产运作逻辑框架。主要结论如下:空间生产理论研究城镇化问题不同于传统区域、地理、城市等经济学理论,它基于社会学家、哲学家的视角,借助马克思主义的生产理论形成,并非运用经济学理论、数学模型形成主流分析框架,它强调空间生产中的个体及其形成的政治、经济、社会关系,注重社会空间内涵,而不是纯粹的经济空间与地理空间;城镇化空间生产不是单纯的自然过程,它充斥各种政治意识形态、资本运作逻辑与社会关系,在城镇化的复杂系统工程中相互补充、相互依赖;我国城镇化空间生产已经形成以土地为资本的初级循环,符合空间生产规律;城镇化空间生产目标的实现需要政府职能的准确定位与转变优化,以及政府公共权力运行与空间的良性互动;城镇化空间生产不能对现已形成的社会秩序进行破坏与扰乱。

The primary circulation of urban space production in China has already formed the primary cycle of capital being in line with the law of space production. The urbanization of space production can not destroy or disrupt the existing social order.
