本文认为近几年棉花新品种应用周期短、品种多乱杂日趋严重,主要是由于新品种综合性状无明显突破、良种无良法、品种布局调控不力、棉花种来源渠道多质量差、棉农盲目求新、种子部门片面宣传等因素共同影响所造成的。建议从严审定新品种、改进良繁方法、理顺育繁推关系、强化管理严格执法、及时发布实施新品种标准,保持棉花品种相对稳定,充分发挥新品种增产增效潜力。
This paper argues that the new cotton varieties in recent years, the application cycle is short, more and more varieties of more and more serious chaos, mainly due to no significant breakthrough in the comprehensive traits of new varieties, non-performing varieties of good varieties of poor regulation of the layout of the variety of cotton sources more than poor quality, farmers blindly seeking New, one-sided promotion of the seed sector and other factors together. It is suggested that the new breed should be strictly examined and approved, the methods for improving breeds should be improved, the relations between breed and breed should be straightened out, strict law enforcement should be strengthened, the standards for implementing new breeds should be promulgated in time, the cotton varieties should be kept relatively stable, and the potentials for increasing yield and efficiency of new breeds should be brought into full play.
