在章振邦先生主编的《新编英语语法》修订本下册第786页,作者谈到:在日常谈话中,常用一种以疑问同开首的复杂问句,如:“What do you think will possibly be the outcome?”这是由 Do you think+宾语分句 what will possibly be the outcome演变而来,不过将what移至句首.接着作者又谈到:在这种复杂结构中,疑问词可在宾语分句中作不同的成分,如:
