从分析我国林业投资环境的现状入手,指出改善林业投资环境的最佳途径是转变政府职能,在此基础上,提出了政府职能的转变取向。
Starting from the analysis of the status quo of the forestry investment environment in our country, it is pointed out that the best way to improve the forestry investment environment is to change the government functions. On this basis, the author proposes the orientation of the government functions.
