杂交稻诞生以来,引起了国内外学者的高度重视。对杂交水稻及其亲本从形态、生理、遗传、杂种优势等不同角度广泛开展了研究探讨。特别是为防止杂交水稻及其亲本混杂变异退化而开展的提纯复壮工作,无论从人力、物力、财力等方面均作了巨大投资,亦取得了很明显的成效,并形成了全国基本统一的“成对提纯复壮法”操作规程。但统观杂交水稻推广以来的十多年历史,围绕着杂交水稻的防杂保纯问题而开展的研究与投资,却远远未真正很好解决杂交水稻在生产实践上的混杂变异问题。现就杂交水稻及其三系亲本花粉镜检中的几个问题,根据自己从1979
