科学发展观作为指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,凝结了马克思主义的发展理论、中国社会主义现代化的经验和人类关于发展问题的最新研究成果。在科学发展观指导下进行的社会主义和谐社会建设,要求我们党能够正确处理人民的内部矛盾,能尽最大努力化解矛盾,最大限度地增加和谐因素。这些,对于我们党,特别是对于各级领导干部来说,都是全新的问题,都需要认真学习,悉心领会。而这样的学习不是一劳永逸的,它要求我们党应该根据不断出现的新情况,不断地更新自己的知识。
As a concentrated expression of the world outlook and methodology guiding development, the scientific concept of development has condensed the development theory of Marxism, the experience of China’s socialist modernization and the latest research results of mankind on the issue of development. The construction of a harmonious socialist society under the guidance of the scientific concept of development requires our party to correctly handle the internal conflicts among the people and to do its utmost to resolve conflicts and maximize the factors of harmony. These are brand-new issues that our party, especially the leading cadres at all levels, need to seriously study and carefully understand. Such learning is not permanent, it requires our party to constantly update its own knowledge according to the constantly emerging new conditions.
