实验研究了反射式分流器在不同流量和不同安装角度工况下的分流特性,得到空气/水两相流体流量、安装角度对反射式分流器性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,反射式分流器的分流特性受安装角度影响小,在倾斜安装(0°~15°)时也具有较好分流性能;在0°~15°安装角度范围内,当两相流体流量增大时,分流性能变好,故其适合大流量的空调系统。结合理论分析和实验结果,提出反射式分流器改进结构的方案,通过CFD模拟,确定改进方案;并对改进后的结构进行实验,与改进前分流器性能进行对比,对比结果表明改进的分流器结构能够改善分流器的分流特性。
The shunt characteristics of the reflective shunt at different flow rates and different installation angles were experimentally studied. The influences of flow rate and installation angle of the air / water two-phase flow on the performance of the reflective shunt were obtained.
