介绍了WPS活性剂驱油机理、室内研究及矿场试验情况。驱油机理的本质是降低界面张力,使残余油膜、油珠易于变形,降低流动体系的粘度,改善两相流度比,提高波及系数。室内研究确定了WPS驱油剂矿场试验浓度不应大于0.4%,其浓度在0.1%~0.5%间时与南28-1井组地层水配伍。现场试验进行六个月来,注入井注入压力稳定,对比油井含水下降了2.2个百分点,平均日增油10.1t,原油中烷烃和重质组分共增加17.22%。试验结果表明:对均质性较好的油藏进行WPS驱能达到提高采收率的目的
The WPS active agent flooding mechanism, indoor research and field test are introduced. The essence of oil displacement mechanism is to reduce the interfacial tension, make the residual oil film and oil bead easy to deform, reduce the viscosity of the flowing system, improve the flow ratio of two phases and improve the wave propagation coefficient. The laboratory study determined that the concentration of WPS flooding agent in the field should not exceed 0.4%. When the concentration is between 0.1% and 0.5%, it is compatible with the formation water of South 28-1 well group. In the six months since the field test, injection pressure of injection well was stable, compared with that of oil well, which decreased by 2.2%. The average daily oil increase was 10.1t, and the total amount of paraffin and heavy components in crude oil increased by 17.22%. The experimental results show that the WPS drive can improve the oil recovery of reservoirs with good homogeneity
