在水基泥浆中,固相是指配浆的粘土、加重材料和各种钻屑。固相含量的多少是影响钻速的重要因素之一,国外对泥浆中固相含量的要求不仅尽可能的低,而且还要求钻屑∶搬土=2∶1。控制泥浆中的固相含量和类型,是调整泥浆的流变性、失水大小和提高钻速的主要方法之一。因此,对泥浆中的各类固相含量进行准确地分析及计算是十分重要的。本文是在泥浆蒸馏和亚甲基兰实验的基础上,通过计算或图表法确定泥浆中总的固相、重晶石粉、搬土和钻屑的体积百分含量。
In water-based mud, the solid phase refers to the slurry with clay, heavy materials and various cuttings. The amount of solid content is one of the important factors that affect the drilling rate. The foreign requirement for solid content in the mud is not only as low as possible, but also requires drilling cuttings: moving earth = 2: 1. Controlling the solid phase content and type in the mud is one of the main ways to adjust the rheology of the mud, the size of water loss and the rate of penetration. Therefore, it is very important to accurately analyze and calculate the various types of solid phase in the mud. Based on the experiments of slurry distillation and methylene blue, the volume fraction of total solid phase, barite powder, soil moving and drilling cuttings in mud is calculated or calculated by charting method.
