社会化养老保险是养老保险发展的最新阶段,它既区别于家庭保险,也区别于国家保险,是社会制度和经济制度的综合体。它兼顾公平和效益,重视政府再分配功能,强调帐户的积极性,是资本市场的主要影响力量。我国要借鉴西方国家的经验教训,结合国情建立稳定的有利市场经济发展的社会化养老保险体系。
Socialized endowment insurance is the latest stage in the development of endowment insurance. It is different from family insurance and national insurance. It is a combination of social system and economic system. It takes into account fairness and effectiveness, attaches importance to the government redistribution function, and emphasizes the enthusiasm of the account. It is the main influence of the capital market. Our country should learn from the experience and lessons of the western countries and establish a stable social pension system that benefits the development of the market economy in the light of China’s national conditions.
