羅科学大會閉幕後,全體人員通過下列電文致英美科學工作者,首先全体羅馬尼亞科學工作者對保卫世界和平之英美進步科學份子致以崇高的敬禮。繼称一九五○年六月四日科學院所召開的科學大會是羅國在科學领域内完成任務的一個具體表现——為實现和平而努力。由於英勇蘇軍解放羅國及羅人民克服困難后,羅科學及藝術已放一異彩。不但在理论及实际科学諸方面已收獲匪淺,就是在為爭取人类进步及幸福方面,羅科學界亦正在完成其历史的使命。和平乃發展科学的先决條件,而羅国在保卫和平及增进人類文明的貢獻已克盡職責。如培根、牛頓、羅莫諾索夫、佛闌克林、的特羅、達爾文、巴甫洛夫、马林奈斯克、爱因斯坦、李森科、巴享、伯爾納、非拉特夫、哥卡里斯、約里奧居里等,曾受人類和平的敵人
After the conclusion of the Luo Science Conference, all staff members addressed the Anglo-Saxon scientific workers through the following messages. First, all Romanian scientists paid a high tribute to the scientific and technological progress scholars of Britain and the United States for the protection of world peace. Following the scientific conference convened by the Academy of Sciences on June 4, 1950, it is a concrete manifestation of Romania’s fulfillment of its mission in the field of science - working for peace. Since the heroic Soviet liberation of Romania and the Luo people to overcome difficulties, Luo science and arts have been splashed. Not only have we learned a great deal in theoretical and practical science, but also in carrying out its historic mission in seeking human progress and happiness. Peace is a prerequisite for the development of science and Romania has exhausted its duty to defend the peace and promote the contribution of human civilization.
