提高体育教学质量、培养学生体育素质离不开对体育教学的改革。通过改革,采用科学的体育教学方式,并提高教学效率,为国家培养优秀的体育人才。在对体育教学改革成效的因素分析中得出,如今我国的体育教学具有一个巨大的惯性,改革难度较大,且其教学理论和实践没有形成统一整体,与教育观念、制度、资源分配等问题一起阻碍了教学发展,应全面进行改革。
