调查资料表明,手工造型或简单机械化造型工部,噪声为85分贝左右。机械化造型工部,噪声级高达100分贝左右。造型设备包括振动设备和风动工具,故造型工部设备的主要噪声源是震击式造型机、振动输送机、落砂机、砂箱撞击、气阀的排气和液压系统的噪声,使整个造型工部的噪声呈宽频带。在造型工部需要降低的主要噪声源是造型机,造型机的震击机构是产生噪声的主要原因。各种震击造型机的噪声级如图1所示。震击机产生噪声的原因是:1)工作台与底座的互相撞击;2)机构的运动零件、模板、砂箱的振动和撞击;3)震击机排气。用全缓冲式震击机构来减少传到基础的振动,减少声音的辐射,但试验结果并不理想,减少
