德国教育学家第斯多惠说:“教育的艺术不在传授知识和本领,而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞。”激励,是教师对学生经常采用的一种教育方式。激励艺术是一项重要的教育艺术。运用好激励这一教育方式,能激发学生的学习热情,增强学生学习的积极性,能主动探求新的知识,大胆地进行创造性思维,顽强地克服各种困难,从而提高学习效率,实现目标。
The German pedagogical professor Dixon Hui said: “The art of education is not imparting knowledge and ability, but rather inspiring, arousing, and inspiring.” Incentives are often used by teachers as a form of education for students. Incentive art is an important educational art.
