本方法在材料织构定量分析(ODF)开发的基础上,由织构级数展开系数计算多晶材料的宏观性能[1-6,16-19]。在弹性的计算中采用Bunge系统,在塑性的计算中选择物理基础充分的晶体学法,并提出与实际情况接近的简化数学模型,引入平均Taylor因子的数学模拟,编制一系列计算机软件,建立以Bunge系统为特点的材料性能预报联机测算方法。所编制的软件系统具有菜单驱动型,易于操作,可实现自动控制与定量数据处理,适用于386、486等兼容微机运行。
Based on the development of material texture quantitative analysis (ODF), this method calculates the macroscopic properties of polycrystalline materials from the texture series expansion coefficients [1-6,16-19]. The Bunge system is adopted in the elastic calculation. The crystal-based method with sufficient physical basis is selected in the plastic calculation and a simplified mathematical model is put forward which is close to the actual situation. The mathematics simulation of the average Taylor factor is introduced and a series of computer softwares are compiled. Bunge system for the performance of online materials forecasting method. The software system has a menu-driven type, easy to operate, automatic control and quantitative data processing, suitable for 386,486 compatible microcomputer operation.
