一、访谈目的乡村教师职业生涯发展状况直接影响国家基础教育的质量与水平,为此,我校以赴衡阳县台源镇永明小学进行教师培训需求调查为契机,通过深入走访,探讨基层乡村教师职业生涯发展的现状和压力,关注这些压力给乡村基层教师带来的切身感受,分析这些压力产生与加剧的原因,并提出对策建议,以期为乡村基层教师的专业发展提供参考。二、访谈过程本次走访共与永明小学8名教师进行了交谈(“A”为访谈对象)。访谈主要采用无结构型访谈,
I. Purpose of the Interview The development of rural teachers ’career has a direct impact on the quality and level of basic education in our country. For this reason, our school went to Yongming Primary School in Dayuan County, Hengyang County to investigate the needs of teachers’ training.
