江苏南京人,1970年出生,博士,第二届全国校长发展学校学员。历任南京市宁海中学分校校长、南京大学附中校长,现任南京商业学校校长、江苏省钟山职业技能鉴定所所长。2012年被评为江苏省技能鉴定先进工作者;2013年荣获由南京市文明办与南京市教育局联合评选的“最美教师”称号,同年当选为“全国教育改革管理创新杰出人物”、“江苏省职业教育领军人才”和江苏省“333”高层次人才工程培养对象;2014年荣获南京市“五一”劳动奖章、江苏省职业教育先进工作者称号。南京市鼓楼区16、17届人大代表。
