教学质量监控的目的在于及时肯定教学的成效并诊断存在的问题,促进学、教、管三方面的发展和提高。监控不仅要了解教学的效果,还应了解教学的环境和条件、过程和方式;不仅要了解学的方面,还应了解教和管的方面;不仅要从外部、更应该从内部来收集资料。在实施教学质量监控过程中应注意不要以考试代监控,不要过分强调功利,同时注意监控过程的民主化。
The purpose of teaching quality monitoring is to confirm the effectiveness of teaching in time and diagnose the existing problems so as to promote the development and improvement of learning, teaching and management. Monitoring should not only understand the effect of teaching, but also understand the teaching environment and conditions, processes and methods; not only to understand the aspects of learning, but also to understand the aspects of teaching and management; not only from the outside, but also from the internal to collect information. In the implementation of teaching quality monitoring process should be careful not to monitor the test generation, not too much emphasis on utilitarian, while monitoring the process of democratization.
