南斯拉夫宣布1979年为“经济稳定年”。1980年以来,南进一步采取了一系列稳定经济的措施。他们把控制基建投资,缩短基建战线作为稳定经济的重要内容来抓。这方面的措施据有关资料主要如下。一、停缓建一批建设项目据南社会簿记局公布的在建工程数字,1978年31,000多个,1979年27,000多个。1980年,南联邦政府提出要集中力量优先建设400个项目。各共和国、自治省也重新审查和调整了建设项目。
