国际整流器公司(IR)日前发布了一组电压为75 V和100 V、专用于AC-DC 同步整流和Oring电路的MOSFET。这批新器件具备超低导通电阻,能极大优化笔记本电脑、LCD适配器和服务器等应用中AC-DC SMPS的效率和功率密度。
International Rectifier Corporation (IR) today announced a family of 75 V and 100 V MOSFETs dedicated to AC-DC synchronous rectification and Oring circuits. The new devices feature ultralow on-resistance and greatly optimize the efficiency and power density of AC-DC SMPS in applications such as notebook computers, LCD adapters and servers.
